Spall Liner Manufacturing
Plasan manufactures spall liners with various types of ballistic fabrics and resin systems. They are produced for both flat and three-dimensional applications for a multitude of military and homeland security purposes.
Integrated Assembly and Manufacturing Services
By offering prototyping-to-production fabrication and assembly capabilities in-house, Plasan is able to reduce outside suppliers, thus improving lead times and reducing costs.
Pultrusion Continuous Molding
Our manufacturing campus is equipped with two pultrusion machines with envelopes of 32” x 36” and 7-1/2” x 7-1/2”. Our lab equipment also supports testing required to verify resin reactivity, viscosity and tensile and bend strength for finished pultruded products.
Quality and Inspection Capabilities
PNA is ISO 9001:2015 certified and experienced with AS9102 FAI and PPAP processes. Our Quality lab is equipped with state-of-the art inspection instruments.
