Manual + Robotic Welding
Equipped with six manual welding stations and a fully automated seven-axis GMAW robotic weld system, Plasan operates Integrated Welding Flows at high volume capacities. We provide prototype welding services, too, including trial and limited production runs.
Metal Bending + Forming
Reduce setup and retooling time with our two state-of-the-art metal bending centers in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
Advanced Laser Cutting Technology
Continuous filament composite rods that are pultruded can be on the order of 3x the tensile strength of all tempers of extruded 6063 aluminum. Lower in cost than injection molding and compression molding; stronger, lighter weight, and more versatile than extruded products; pultrusion offers a cost advantage that is tough to beat.
Media Blasting
Our metal solutions plant in Grand Rapids, Michigan is equipped with a state-of-the-art large scale blasting booth, capable of high volume blasts and custom media implementations.
Assembly and Manufacturing
By offering prototyping-to-production fabrication and assembly capabilities in-house, Plasan is able to reduce outside suppliers, thus improving lead times and saving costs.
